Ordinance No. SP-4, 1939 An Ordinance No. 1 dividing Quezon City into four (4) districts represented by members of the City Council for the purpose of administration, is hereby amended by changing the designation of Mandaluyong District which embrace those portions of Magdalena and Mandaluyong Estate included in the city and represented by Vice-Mayor Vicente Fragante, into Cubao District.
