Ordinance No. 4738, S-1961 - Amending Ordinance no. 60-4606 so that the salary provided for Mrs. Emma F. Bernabe, Supervisor of Secondary English under Item no. 115 of the current budget of the City Schools, as amended, be made from P3300.00 to P3480.00 effective June 16, 1961.
