Lejano, Jr. (vendor), and located at Lot 7, Block 21, PCS-2874, Kagawad St., Dolor Estate, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Exoville Homeowners Association, Inc. Phase IV (vendee), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
