Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-436, S-1996- An ordinance declaring a State of Calamity in the Entire Quezon City and Authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., to carry out such emergency measure as may be necessary during and in the aftermath of the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Epidemic and allocating the necessary amount from the City's Calamity fund to address the said problem.
