Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-432, S-1996- An ordinance providing for the Reclassification/Rezoning of a Certain Portion of Barangay Bagumbayan, District III, Quezon City, known and identified as lots 1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 of PCS-007404-003889-D, lot 7 of (LRC) PCS 30190 with a total area of 185,278.5 square meters, from its present zoning classification to "Special Development Zone" in accordance with provisions of the "Quezon City Zoning Ordinance of 1992".
