Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-261, S-1994 "An Ordinance ordaining that a portion of the ten thousand one hundred eighty (10,180) square meter government owned lot covered by TCT no. 26218 situated at Zinia Street, Barangay Roxas, comprising of one hundred seventy-two (172) square meters be segregated from the sale lot and be made part of the alienable and disposable property of the Quezon City government.
