Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-248, S-1994 - An Ordinance exempting the two hundred eight (280) beneficiaries of the functional viable residence located at 31 Guirayan St., Barangay Dona Imelda, district IV, Quezon City from the payment of transfer tax or real property ownership imposed under articile II of the Quezon City ordinance no. SP-91, S-93, otherwise known as the "1993 Quezon City revenue code".
