Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-243, S-1994 - An Ordinance prohibiting any building contractor or any person in charge the construction of any building structure, edifice, residential house. factory or commercial building or the like, without first holding in his possession a certified true copy of a building permit issued for the purpose by the city building official and providing penalty for the violation thereof.
