Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-240, S-1994 - An Ordinance exempting the one hundred thirty-six (136) couples married on September 6, 1994 at the Quezon City Hall in Mass Wedding scheduled as part of the observance of the Philippine councilors week from the payment of fifty pesos ( P 50.00 ) registration fee and fifty pesos (P 50.00) marriage application fee including those couples who have been cohabited for at least five (5) years and married in mass weddings, sponsored by a member of the city council.
