Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-217, S-1991 "Amending Ordinance No. NC-201, S-91 providing for the Payment of the Mid-Year Bonus, so as to increase the minimum Period of Service Requirment from (2) months to Four (4) Months and to require the refund of the amount which may have been received by Officials and Employees who will Retire, Resign or Transfer to another office on or before October 31, 1991 in order to conform with Republic Act no.6686.
