Ordinance No. SP-1070, S-2001 - To declare the fire that destroyed, more or less, five hundred fifty (550) houses at Mabilis, Matapang and Mapagbigay Street, Barangay Pinyahan, this city, which rendered, more or less, eight hundred (800) families, homeowners, renters and sharers, homeless as a calamity.
