Ordinance No. NC-4, S-1988 An Ordinance granting a ten percent/ two-step across-the- board salary increase to all employees of the Quezon City Government with certain exceptions effective January 1, 1988 pursuant to national compensation circular no. 51; and appropriating the sum of fifteen million pesos (₱15,000.00) for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-5, S-1988 An Ordinance appropriating the sum of nine million one hundred sixty two thousand pesos (₱9,162,000.00) for the purchase of thirty (30) units of fully equipped mobile patrol car with radio communication accessories for the exclusive use of the Quezon City Police Department.

Ordinance No. NC-28, S-1988 An appropriating the sum of two million five hundred thousand pesos for the immediate construction of a two-storey ten class room annex building for the Balara High School located in Barangay Krus Na Ligas, Quezon City.
