Ordinance No. SP-2816, S-2019 - An Ordinance granting hazard pay to contractual public health workers of Novaliches District Hospital (NDH), Quezon City General Hospital (QCGH), and Quezon City Health Department (QCHD), this city, pursuant to Republic Act No. 7305, otherwise known as the "Magna Carta of Public Health Workers", and appropriating annually the necessary funds therefor.

Ordinance No. SP-2815, S-2019 - An Ordinance declaring a property forfeited in favor of the Quezon City Government, through an auction sale, identified as Lot 216, FLS. 2696-D, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. RT-43402 (22297), previously owned by Avelina L. Osias, containing an area of nine hundred twenty (920) square meters located in Barangay San Bartolome, Quezon City, as socialized housing site, and allowing development of a socialized housing project on said property for the benefit of the City's Qualified Informal Settler Families (ISFs).

Ordinance No. SP-2814, S-2019 - An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Kapit-Bisig Homeowners Association, Inc. with twenty-eight (28) saleable lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP), located at Lot 877-C-7, (LRC) PSD-1856; Roque II Compound, Himlayan Road, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Number N-204881 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of one thousand (1,000) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Edgar O. Perea, as a variance/exemption pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2813, S-2019 - An Ordinance declaring the abandoned road lots, alleys, easement and open spaces of Carmel III Subdivision, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, as public use properties of the Quezon City Government pursuant to the provisions of City Ordinance No. SP-2298, S-2014, as certified by the City Planning and Development Office.

Ordinance No. SP-2812, S-2019 - An Ordinance converting the Quezon City Polytechnic University to Quezon City University and enhancing its charter, thereby amending City Ordinances Nos. SP-1945, S-2009 and SP-1030, S-2001.

Ordinance No. SP-2811, S-2019 - An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Bistekville-15 Housing Project with seven hundred seventy-seven (777) units located at Lot 596-B, (LRC) PSD-99855, Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of the Local Government of Quezon City and covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Number N-004-2015006062 and 004-2015006063 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of twenty thousand five hundred forty (20,540) square meters, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2810, S-2019 - An Ordinance amending Resolution No. SP-7411, S-2018 by way of appropriating the amount of one million five hundred ninety-two thousand pesos (Php 1,592,000.00), or so much thereof, for the purchase of one (1) unit of motor vehicle to be used by the Office of Councilor Allan Butch T. Francisco, 5th district, Quezon City, to be taken from the funds of the same office under the motor vehicle account for CY 2017 Annual Budget (Continuing Appropriation)

Ordinance No. SP- 2809, S-2019 - An Ordinance upgrading the Novaliches District Hospital from Level I to Level II Hospital (from 30 bed capacity to 100 bed capacity), appropriating the necessary funds therefor and for other purposes.

Ordinance No. SP- 2808, S-2019 - An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Magkakasama Homeowners Association, Inc. with twenty-two (22) saleable lots located at Lot 85 SWO-16801, Don Francisco Street, Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of Magkakasama Homeowners Association, Inc. and covered by transfer certificate of Title Number N-144012 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of one thousand (1,000) square meters, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2807, S-2019 - An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Villa Rosario Homeowners Association, Inc. with two hundred twenty-two (222) saleable lots under Community Mortgage Program (CMP) located at Lot 2, (LRC) PCS-2104, Sauyo Road (Naval Extension), Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Rosario L. Soriano, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-107571 (118417) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of ten thousand eight hundred three (10,803.00) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President Emerlinda D. Severo, with office address at the same project location, as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2806, S-2018 - An Ordinance allowing the Quezon City Government to continue the development of socialized housing project on the remaining undeveloped portions of properties still registered under the name of the Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (HURA), located along J.P. Burgos Street, Barangay Escopa III, Project 4, Quezon City, containing a net area of more or less one thousand eight hundred seventy-two square meters and fifty square decimeters (1,872.50) and authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to dispose of the socialized housing units in favor of the qualified On-Site Informal Settler Families (ISFs) through an in-house financing scheme under the city's Direct Sale Program.
