Ordinance No. SP-2583, S-2017-An ordinance amending ordinance no. SP-1412, S-2004,entitled, "An ordinance re-classifying/converting the land use of a parcel of land covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 24184 portion of road lot consisting of one hundred twenty five square meter and thirty four square decimeters (125.34 sqm) registered in the name of Quezon city government and located in Barangay San Antonio, Quezon city, from road lot to disposable property of residential lot and for other purposes",in order to correct the typographical error regarding the transfer certificate of title covering the above mentioned property.

Ordinance No.SP-2582, S-2017-An ordinance mandating the owners/developers of a building either condominium or office building seeking exception from parking lot requirements to provide at least a minimum of five percent (5%) of the total parking lot/space requirements pursuant to Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance exclusively for the use of visitors, clients or customers.
