Ordinance No. SP-2014, S-2010 - Approving the subdivision plan with eighteen (18) community mortgage program(CMP) project containing an area of five hundred forty(540.00) square meter gross project area registered in the name of Philippine National Bank and covered by transfer certificates of title No.N-174662 and N-174663 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 2 block 5 and lot 11 applied for by Goal Achiever Homeowners Association Inc., represented by its President Mr. Isabelo P. Mercado as variance pursuant to Section 9 Rule III of the implementing standards rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
