Luzviminda and Sta. Trinidad Streets, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Tri-luzville Homeowners Association, Inc., (vendee), represented by Elizabeth S. Bulalakaw, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
