Ordinance No. SP-640, S-98 - Appropriating the amount of one million pesos (P1,000,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, from any available funds of the City Treasury to finance the training of any form of self-defense, particularly ''Arnis'' to all regular Barangay Security and Development Officers (BSDO's) of the one hundred forty-two (142) barangays of Quezon City to be conducted by competent trainers.
