Ordinance No. SP-901, S-2000 - Declaring the twenty-two (22) Barangays in Quezon City, adversely affected by Typhoon Biring, in a state of calamity and authorizing the Honorable Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., City Mayor, to utilize the calamity fund appropriated in the City's Annual Budget for the year 2000 to cover the expenses for the relief assistance extended to the typhoon victims on May 18, 2000 in Quezon City.
