Ordinance No. SP-678, S-98 - Amending section 25, Article II, Chapter Four of City Ordinance No. SP-91, S-93, otherwise known as the Quezon City Revenue Code of 1993, so as to include in the exception from the payment of transfer tax the sale, transfer or disposition of real estate property pursuant to Republic Act No. 7279 of 1992, otherwise known as the Urban Development and Housing Act.
