Ordinance No. SP-2008, S-2010 - Approving the subdivision plan with sixty one (61) lots community mortgage program(CMP) project of two thousand eight hundred two (2,802.00) square meters gross project area covered by transfer certificate of title No. RT-109582 (19338) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City registered in the name of Maloles Ville Homeowners Association Inc. and located at lot 176-A-11, PSD-34977, King Michael Extension Kings Point Subdivision, Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila as applied for by the Maloles Ville Homeowners Association Inc., represented by its President Ms. Ruth Manalo in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards rules and regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No.SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
