Ordinance No. SP-1964, S-2009 - Imposing a One Peso (P1.00) increase to admission fees in all cinemas in Quezon City covering the period from November 1-30, 2009, the proceeds thereof to be donated to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Quezon City Council, to support its numerous program and activities.
