Ordinance No. SP-1523, SP-2005 - Mandating proprietors and/or selected employees of commercial and industrial entities to undergo a Safety and Disaster Mitigation Certification Seminar and provide the business permits and licenses office with the members and responsibilities of its disaster action team prior to the approval of the application or renewal of their business permits and licenses for the year 2005.
