Ordinance No. SP-1493, S-2005 - Requiring all drivers of passenger jeepneys, motorized tricycles and pedicabs for hire plying within the territorial boundaries of Quezon City to secure and display at all times a Driver's Identification Card and imposing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.
