Ordinance No. SP-686, S-98 -Authorizing the Barangay Council of Barangay Fairview, Quezon City, to install or construct manned outposts or gates at strategic entrances to the barangay for security and control purposes in line with the provisions of Sections 16 and 21 of the Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991."
