Ordinance No. 4725, S-1961 - Appropriating one thousand one hundred pesos for the construction of an Artesian Well at Bahay Toro , this City, the site for which was donated by Mrs. Oliva Ragundias and accepted by the City Council under Resolution No. 61-5752.
