Ordinance No. 4716, S-1961 - Authorizing the reversion of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos from the savings in the purchase of motorcycles which has still a balance of P3,525.20, for the improvement of the premises in front of the Police Headquarters, the Investigation Room of the Investigation Bureau and the connstruction of a Rogue's Gallery thereat.
