Ordinance No. 4714, S- 1961- Appropriating three thousand eight hundred pesos for the purpose of asphalting the right-of-way of Baesa Road which was donated by Ernesto Oppen Inc., in accordance with the contract executed between the city and Ernesto Oppen, Inc., said amount to be taken from the road and bridge fund.
