Ordinance No. SP-2616, S-2017-An ordinance amending Ordinance No. SP-2387, S-2015, to initiate expropriation proceedings to acquire the entire thirty thousand four hundred four (30,404) square meter lot; under tranfer certificates of title (TCT) number 19094 (49093/ RT-617031) and 19093, containing a gross area of twenty give thousand five thousand three hundred sixty two (25,362) and five thousand one hundred two (5,102) square meters, respectively, registered under the name of Cepheus realty incorporated, situated in barangay Payatas, Quezon City, for the development of a connectiong road segment between bicol street and subdivision main road of LGU-QC resettlement site and for various infrastructure projects of the city.
