Ordinance No. SP-2611, S-2017- An ordinance prohibiting any individual from collecting parking fee or any form of payment from the driver or owner of motor vehicle who temporarily leave their motor vehicles in public road, streets and other public places within Quezon City and providing penalties for violation thereof.
