Ordinance No. SP-2196, S-2013- Exempting Meralco from the payment of corresponding Real Property Tax on the area/portion of its Property traversed by the proposed access road of Quezon City government's socialized housing project "BistekVille-2" situated in Barangay Kaligayahan Novaliches this city which is covered by a grant of right-of-way agreement.
