Ordinance No.2367, S-1955- Requiring Subdivision owners in Quezon City to furnish a copy each to the City Engineer and the City Assessor this City of the Subdivision plan together with its propectus if any immediatel after the approval of the same and before selling lot and lots therein and providing penalties for violation thereof.
