Romano (Proactive asset builders corporation) with office address at Laredo Condominium, Laredo St., Palana, Makati City as variance pursuant to section 4, rule l of the revised implementing standards, rules and regulations of presidential decree 957 otherwise known as the subdivision and condominium buyer's protective decree.
