Ordinance No. SP-2851, S-2019 - An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Mt. Apo homeowners association, Inc., with one hundred seven (107) lots under Community Mortgage Program (CMP) located at lot 57-D, (LRC) PSD-25408, Mt. Apo Street, Group II, Area B. Barangay Payatas, Quezon City Registered in the name of Kanejin Corporation covered by transfer certificate of title number N-218231 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing a total project area of four thousand four hundred eighty-two (4,482) square meters, as applied for by its HOA president, Lea O. Ya-on, with office address at the same project location, as variance pursuant to section 9, Rule III of the implementing standards, rules and regulation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2849, S-2019 - An Ordinance establishing the Nagkaisang Nayon Senior High School located at Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Ordinance No. SP- 2848, S-2019 - An Ordinance converting and establishing the Baesa Public Cemetery into Baesa Public Crematorium Services, prescribing the schedule of fees and charges, policies, guidelines, implementing rules and regulations for services rendered by the City cCematorium relative to the disposal of the dead in Quezon City and for other purposes.

Ordinance No. SP-2847, S-2019 - An Ordinance accrediting the nineteen (19) non-governmental organization (NGOS) and people's organization (POs) pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as The Local Government Code of 1991, and it's implementing rules and regulations, in relation to Memorandum Circular no. 2016-97 of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

ORDINANCE NO. SP- 2846, S-2019 - An Ordinance enacting the "Quezon City Healthy Diet in Schools Ordinance" Prohibiting the selling and promotion of unhealthy foods such as foods with trans fats and sugary drinks to preparatory, elementary and high school students inside and within one hundred (100) meter perimeter of public and private schools in Quezon City and providing penalties for violations thereof, creating the School Health Council and providing funds therefor.

Ordinance No. SP-2827, S-2019 - An Ordinance approving the supplemental appropriation number 1, general fund for fiscal year 2019 in the amount of Three Billion One Hundred Ten Million, Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand, Four hundred forty-four pesos (PHP 3,110, 545, 444.00) to fund various maintenance and other operating expenses, property, plant and equipment expenditures and procurement and for other purposes.
