Samonte, married to Lionell G. Samonte and covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-161883 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of two thousand five hundred thirty-one (2,531) square meters as applied for by it's HOA President, Mr. Ric B.
